There are two observation decks where visitors can take the high speed elevators and gaze at jaw dropping views. The 102nd observation deck does have a charge but the deck located on the 86th floor, which is 320 metres high and is absolutely free although there is a small charge for the use of their binoculars, so it is advisable to take your own. If you do not have any it really does not take anything away from the views of the city and far beyond. They do have strict security checks so only take what is needed, cameras and camcorders are fine. This really should be high on your list of things to do while in the city and with no charge for spectacular views, a definite must.</p>
